• Only post items that you legally own or have permission to sell

• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

You are solely responsible for the content you post and any transactions you engage in through the platform.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use GIKI Hub to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Sell illegal items or services
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Impersonate another person or entity

Listings and Transactions

GIKI Hub serves as a platform to connect buyers and sellers within the GIKI community. We do not:

• Take ownership of items listed on the platform
• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items
• Handle payments or financial transactions
• Provide warranties or guarantees for any items
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers

All transactions are conducted directly between users. We recommend meeting in safe, public places and inspecting items before purchase.

Content and Intellectual Property

By posting content on GIKI Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and can remove it at any time.

You must not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted images, trademarks, or proprietary information.

Privacy and Data

Account Termination
